Analista SSr Cross Docking

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Cross Docking demands with third-party logistics and coordinate meetings with operators to monitor routines and performance.
• Work with Mercado Libre and third-party logistics operations to ensure high service levels, fast response times, and optimized costs through continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain the Cross Docking Excellence Program to ensure operational safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Analyze operational database systems to create controls and dashboards, providing visibility into daily processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure alignment between various areas to maintain lean operations and implement 5S methodology within the Distribution Center through Gemba walks and action plans.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (knowledge of Lean or PDCA is a significant plus).
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Availability to work onsite in São João do Meriti - RJ, from Monday to Friday, with schedule flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain management.
• Experience managing third-party logistics companies.
