Analista Soporte Tesorería

Responsibilities

• Analyze process execution and manage the update, development, and maintenance of departmental collection and payment tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through continuous improvement proposals.
• Manage the implementation of operational improvements for treasury collections and payments for GNP and its subsidiaries.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes derived from cross-functional projects.
• Provide operational support to ensure the continuity of treasury collection and payment activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (in progress or incomplete).
• Experience in treasury collections and payments.
• Experience in operational process analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of administration, control, database maintenance, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in treasury roles within insurance companies or banking institutions.
• Experience in collection centers or contact centers.
• Background in project management.
