Analista Soporte Comercial Canal Masivo

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support by addressing client needs and commercial area requirements to facilitate account management and strategy execution
• Prepare statistical reports and executive presentations to ensure effective account follow-up with clients
• Support the follow-up of collections, issuance, renewals, quotes, claims, and business events to maintain service levels
• Execute campaigns to incentivize sales and ensure the positioning of GNP products

Requirements

• Degree or partially completed studies in Economic-Administrative fields
• Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel
• Strong skills in information analysis, statistics, and accounting
• Experience in customer service and creating executive presentations
• Knowledge of administrative systems and, preferably, processes related to collections, issuance, underwriting, and sales
