Responsibilities

• Understand operational processes and distribute knowledge across the operations team by analyzing data to generate insights.
• Manage the governance of systemic change implementations in operations, ensuring contingency plans and obstacle resolution.
• Create and coordinate implementation plans for solutions, maintaining clarity on all active initiatives.
• Monitor operational adherence to new work instructions through clear and proactive communication to ensure sustainable results.
• Act as a Lean culture multiplier for both operational and management teams.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree.
• Proven experience in process improvement, quality, operations mapping, and workflow design.
• Experience in project coordination and managing changes within manufacturing, operations, or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and PMO methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard generation, and tools such as BigQuery.
• Availability to work onsite in a mixed schedule (Monday to Friday).
