Analista Senior de Operaciones Aéreas

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan air cargo operations, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboration across different areas to meet established service levels.
• Execute, monitor, and optimize the end-to-end air logistics flow—from origin centers and airports to final destination delivery—to ensure maximum occupancy and delivery speed.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for external logistics providers, managing contracts, billing, and follow-up routines.
• Resolve operational incidents and implement corrective actions by monitoring management indicators, cargo integrity, and consolidation processes.
• Evaluate connectivity metrics and configurations to propose improvements in network speed, costs, and services through cross-functional optimization projects.
• Prepare and present executive reports regarding results and projects to various levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics operations management.
• Experience in air operations is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical capacity and result-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across different areas and hierarchical levels in matrix structures.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model with a required presence at the airport (based in Argentina).
