Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-impact continuous improvement projects in logistics operations to reduce waste and increase productivity in distribution centers.
• Monitor and evolve operational indicator dashboards to enable real-time data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies and value stream mapping to address logistical inefficiencies with sustainable solutions.
• Perform methods, time, and operational layout analysis to optimize workflows, storage capacity, and site ergonomics.
• Develop solid business cases to support the economic and operational viability of new technological initiatives and site improvements.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or industrial engineering within complex logistics or production environments.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and layout design tools.
• Proficiency in SQL databases and data visualization tools.
• Intermediate level of English.
