Analista Senior de IA & Visualización de Datos - Fintech

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive visualizations oriented toward business insights.
• Incorporate LLMs and AI tools into production workflows, including automatic narrative generation, proactive anomaly detection, and self-updating data storytelling.
• Collaborate with data teams to identify available data and uncover meaningful business stories.
• Propose and validate innovative ways to present metrics, challenging standard dashboard formats.
• Perform rapid prototyping to validate ideas with stakeholders before full-scale development.
• Act as a technical reference and mentor for the Visualization team regarding AI adoption.
• Define quality standards for visualizations in the era of AI-driven data storytelling.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in data visualization or data analytics roles with a strong visual and communication component.
• Solid mastery of advanced visualization tools such as D3.js, Plotly, Observable, or similar.
• Proven experience incorporating LLMs into professional workflows.
• Ability to read SQL, understand complex data structures, and perform autonomous data discovery.
• A portfolio of projects demonstrating the ability to solve real business problems.
• Strong ability to present and defend technical proposals to non-technical stakeholders.
