Analista Senior de Estrategia y Planeamiento - Fintech

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic analyses, including periodic business reviews and ecosystem profitability models.
• Translate complex analyses into business cases to support new initiatives, strategic changes, or resource reallocation.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and executive recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage the "single source of truth" for the business by defining key metrics and prioritizing the data agenda.
• Monitor product and market metrics deeply to anticipate deviations and explain underlying drivers.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy, business planning, or project management within technology, fintech, or consulting.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration with regional teams.
• Strong structured thinking, executive synthesis, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
