Analista Senior de Capacitación Operativa

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational training and local mile training is delivered according to business needs
• Monitor training results and develop comprehensive reports
• Define and implement action plans to address performance metrics below target
• Execute learning path projects, including onboarding and retraining programs
• Maintain alignment routines with operations, local miles, and multipliers
• Collaborate with operational teams to achieve scalability, synergy, and efficiency in communication and training initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4+ years of experience managing operational training, preferably in logistics distribution centers, manufacturing, or retail sectors with high-volume personnel
• Proven experience in project management and the PDCA cycle
• Ability to connect training products to business impact KPIs
• Experience in needs detection and designing personalized multimedia programs using LMS platforms and AI tools
• Experience in instructor training (Train-the-Trainer)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools including Tableau, SQL, and BigQuery
• Availability to reside in Mérida and travel frequently to states in southern Mexico
