Analista Senior de Capacitación Operativa

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational training and learning paths for local operations according to business needs
• Monitor training results and develop comprehensive reports
• Define and implement action plans to address performance gaps below targets
• Execute learning path projects including onboarding, retraining, and continuous development
• Conduct alignment routines with operations, local sites, and training multipliers
• Collaborate with operational teams to achieve scalability, synergy, and efficiency in communication and training initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4+ years of experience managing operational training, preferably in logistics distribution centers, manufacturing, or retail sectors
• Proven experience managing high volumes of personnel training
• Expertise in project management and the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle
• Proficiency in training needs assessment and designing multimedia programs
• Experience managing LMS platforms and utilizing AI tools for training
• Experience in Train-the-Trainer programs
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, SQL, and BigQuery
• Availability to travel to various Service Centers within the Mexico Valley
