Analista Reservas

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of technical reserves for assigned lines of business to ensure correct calculation execution
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external reporting to evaluate variations in loss results
• Prepare and organize information requested for reserve audits and follow-up processes
• Monitor reserve calculation methodologies and perform retrospective testing (Backtesting)
• Support the development of special analysis requests for operational adjustments within the line of business

Requirements

• At least 50% of credits completed in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Probability and Statistics
• Basic proficiency in database programming languages
• Experience with statistical software and processes
• Experience in the insurance sector and information analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing reserves specific to a particular line of business
• Experience in claims, underwriting, or reserve reconciliation within the damage insurance sector
• Background in actuarial functions or technical areas
