Analista Qualidade Pleno

Responsibilities

• Control process quality using the QAS system, inspection standards (PIP's), and operational procedures (PO's) to meet Quality Management System guidelines.
• Act as the quality representative during internal and external audits to maintain certifications and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor processes related to FSSC 22000 (Food Safety) and ensure full compliance with the standard.
• Manage customer label approval processes, including sample authorization and production standard definition.
• Support the Quality Supervisor by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure customer requirements are met during production.
• Address customer complaints by analyzing samples and conducting visits to provide rapid responses and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor production stability through Statistical Process Control (SPC) and manage non-conforming products from generation to acceptable quality levels.
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of instruments and devices to ensure the reliability of inspection data.
• Provide training and guidance to technicians involved in the manufacturing process to maintain competence within the QMS.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Technology, or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience with internal and external audits.
• Proficiency in Project Management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English language skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Green Belt certification.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 22000 standards.
• Experience with SAP (Corporate Management System).
• Knowledge of Metrology and Metrological System Analysis.
