Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to sales executives to ensure the correct integration of credit files.
• Receive and follow up on credit files that are not automatically approved by the system.
• Review credit granting criteria in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Offer alternative solutions or request missing documentation for credit applications based on established authority levels.
• Manage requests for credit schemes that require exceptions according to regulations.
• Monitor the pipeline of cases and act as a liaison between the territorial direction and branches.
• Support the branch network in analyzing, reviewing, and processing SME credits to optimize sales time and control overdue portfolio indices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Economic-Administrative field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit analysis.
• Proven experience with Credit Bureau analysis.
• Strong knowledge of document verification and information analysis.
• Experience working within the credit sector.
