Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to sales executives to ensure the correct integration of credit files.
• Receive and follow up on credit files that are not automatically approved by the system.
• Review credit granting criteria based on applicable regulations and norms.
• Offer alternative solutions or request missing documentation for credit applications according to established authority levels.
• Process requests for credits that require exception schemes in accordance with regulations.
• Monitor the pipeline of cases and act as a liaison between the territorial direction and the branches.
• Support the branch network in analyzing, reviewing, and processing SME credits to optimize sales time and control overdue portfolio indices.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• At least 1 year of experience in credit analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Credit Bureau (Buró de Crédito).
• Experience working within the credit sector.
