Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to sales executives to ensure the correct integration of credit files.
• Receive and follow up on credit files that are not automatically approved by the system.
• Review credit granting criteria based on applicable regulations and norms.
• Offer alternative solutions or request missing requirements for credit applications according to established authority levels.
• Manage requests for credit schemes that require exceptions under current regulations.
• Monitor the pipeline of cases and act as a liaison between the territorial direction and the branches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Economic-Administrative field.
• At least 1 year of experience in credit analysis and Credit Bureau analysis.
• Proven experience in the credit sector.
• Strong skills in information analysis and document verification/matching.
• Knowledge of Credit Bureau processes and regulatory compliance.
