About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage activities related to the regulatory aspects of the Payroll Credit product
- Review and validate documentation to ensure compliance
- Ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with established regulations and procedures
- Manage and control physical and digital files/records
- Establish and monitor service levels
- Handle clarifications and administrative controls related to the product
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Derecho) or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
- Experience working with banking products or within the financial system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
