Analista Prevención de Fraudes/Aclaraciones

Responsibilities

• Monitor and detect fraud alerts by analyzing atypical transactions and behaviors using anti-fraud systems (AML, FICO, SAS, etc.).
• Execute immediate mitigation actions such as preventive blocks, transaction suspensions, or escalations based on established protocols.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into digital, transactional, identity, or impersonation fraud.
• Review behavioral patterns to identify individual fraud or organized schemes.
• Apply reinforced authentication with customers when necessary and escalate high-severity incidents to the Fraud Prevention Coordinator.
• Document findings, evidence, and conclusions for every case handled to ensure operational integrity.
• Maintain continuous 24/7 operational coverage through assigned shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Systems, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Fraud Prevention, transaction monitoring, or clarifications.
• Solid knowledge of Banking and Financial sector operations.
• Full availability to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and night).
• Availability to work onsite in Santa Catarina.
