Responsibilities

• Manage individual and corporate card products as an issuer, defining roadmaps, policies, and operational requirements
• Coordinate integration and operation with anti-fraud partners in transactional and authorization flows
• Supervise chargeback management and dispute processes, including playbook definition and case monitoring
• Conduct audit processes and ensure compliance with card brand rules and regulatory requirements
• Monitor fraud and performance metrics, analyzing transactional data to execute mitigation actions
• Collaborate with risk, product, engineering, compliance, and card brand teams to implement solutions
• Propose data-driven experiments and improvements to reduce fraud and optimize conversions

Requirements

• Product vision applied to issuing cards
• Knowledge of authorization flows and payment protocols
• Mastery of chargeback management and card brand rules
• Experience with anti-fraud partner integration and operationalization
• Ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance
• Analytical capacity to work with transactional data and make metric-based decisions
• Data-driven mindset with focus on results and 80/20 prioritization
• Clear communication and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI applied to fraud detection or process automation
• Experience with payment platforms and card brand integrations
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and SQL
• Knowledge of risk modeling and fraud scoring
• Experience with third-party anti-fraud systems and rule orchestration
