Analista Pleno de Execução - Mercado Envios

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the maintenance team to align activities, define priorities, and provide performance feedback.
• Provide technical support and oversight for corrective and preventive maintenance activities to ensure quality and avoid rework.
• Perform critical failure analysis on equipment and components to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Execute and manage the preventive maintenance plan, including technical specification of parts and accessories.
• Support data collection and asset management to improve maintenance management systems and key performance indicators.
• Manage maintenance and facilities contracts to ensure operational stability and value for customers.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related Engineering fields.
• Solid experience in maintenance and automation, including team management and routine oversight.
• Proven experience in service scope elaboration, outsourcing, and technical contract management.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Data Studio.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, technical drawing interpretation, and quality tools (Ishikawa and Pareto).
• Availability to work in Contagem, Minas Gerais.
