Analista Planejamento e Controle Pleno

Responsibilities

• Implement and review preventive and predictive maintenance plans to ensure equipment availability
• Monitor project delivery, interpret data, and prepare critical analysis reports
• Maintain detailed and updated project documentation in compliance with technical standards
• Perform technical and economic feasibility analyses and prototyping for equipment improvements
• Manage and validate warranty claims (CLAIM) for maintenance teams
• Monitor fleet performance indicators
• Apply maintenance management, engineering, and reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, LDA, LCC)

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Automation Engineering or related fields
• Experience in maintenance processes, asset management, and reliability
• Knowledge of problem-solving methods such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa
• Proficiency in maintenance planning, control, and process indicators
• Proficiency in SAP, Advanced Microsoft Office, and Power BI
• Intermediate English is desirable
