Analista PCP

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and control production needs using the SAP ERP system
• Monitor material inventory levels to identify production or acquisition requirements
• Analyze the casting portfolio through SAP to meet internal and external customer demands via production schedules
• Generate and analyze production capacity reports, monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and manage priority follow-ups
• Prepare and monitor physical inventory processes
• Issue and control the flow of production orders
• Release available products for billing in accordance with system procedures and prepare necessary documentation for accounting and invoicing movements

Requirements

• Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics
• Proven experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP)
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid knowledge of inventory processes
