Analista OPEX

Responsibilities

• Identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes
• Support the implementation of operational excellence and technology tools
• Execute work plans for various OPEX initiatives and monitor their progress
• Analyze capacity across different company areas to support review and improvement efforts
• Design, control, and monitor efficiency indicators for implemented improvements
• Interact with multidisciplinary teams responsible for various processes
• Support process improvement simulations

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Process Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in process analysis, quality assurance, or organizational methods
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Power BI
• Proficiency in MS Office and process modeling tools such as Visio or Bizagi
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Project Management methodologies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
