About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the investment of trust assets in accordance with established investment policies and contract terms.
- Manage cash flow operations and account sweeping to ensure security and transparency for client instructions.
- Manage resources with direct or indirect influence to prevent institutional contingencies or claims.
- Establish internal and external relationships with areas such as Controllership, Private Banking, Government Banking, and Corporate Banking.
- Handle the opening of checking accounts and investment contracts with both external banks and Banorte/CB Banorte.
- Maintain and update authorized signatories and manage checking account maintenance.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fiduciary Operations or Trust Administration.
- Proven experience in Fiduciary, Administration, Treasury, or Banking Branch environments.
- Strong knowledge of Fiduciary Business Operations.
