About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute the investment of trust assets in accordance with established investment policies and contract terms.
  • Manage cash flow operations and account sweeping to ensure security and transparency for client instructions.
  • Manage resources with direct or indirect influence to prevent institutional contingencies or claims.
  • Establish internal and external relationships with areas such as Controllership, Private Banking, Government Banking, and Corporate Banking.
  • Handle the opening of checking accounts and investment contracts with both external banks and Banorte/CB Banorte.
  • Maintain and update authorized signatories and manage checking account maintenance.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fiduciary Operations or Trust Administration.
  • Proven experience in Fiduciary, Administration, Treasury, or Banking Branch environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Fiduciary Business Operations.
