Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated processes using Blue Prism and Low Code tools.
• Translate functional requirements into technical automated solutions.
• Parameterize reusable objects, processes, and components within the RPA ecosystem.
• Ensure development best practices, including modularity, exception handling, and logging.
• Perform unit and integration testing across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Document technical developments, including PDD, SDD, and operational manuals.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and operations teams to ensure solution viability.
• Optimize existing automations through refactoring and continuous improvement.
• Provide second and third-level support for production automation incidents.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in RPA development or automation parameterization.
• Strong programming logic, including structures, error handling, and debugging.
• Proficiency in SQL (queries and data/log analysis), preferably with SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with Low Code / No Code platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and integrations.
• Understanding of version control and RPA release management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Previous experience working within the financial or regulated sectors.
• Experience integrating with banking applications or core systems.
