Responsibilities

• Develop compliance indicators and monthly reports to monitor the application of policies and regulations regarding user profiles and access management.
• Manage the full access lifecycle, including reviewing profile scopes and processing requests for changes, additions, or removals.
• Execute continuous validation and review processes in coordination with relevant departments to ensure authorized and correct use of access.
• Collaborate with process owners to establish controls that mitigate identified risks in profile and access management.
• Promote a culture of internal control and monitor compliance, risk, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Business Administration, International Business, Systems/Industrial Engineering, IT, Accounting, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of Finance, Risk Management, Regulations, and Statistics.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Power BI and Copilot.
