Analista Operaciones B

Responsibilities

• Develop process and activity automations using low-code tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Manage, review, and clean databases to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze information to generate actionable insights and strategic reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement within the department.
• Review digital documentation and validate compliance with internal regulations and norms in client files.
• Execute necessary activities related to identified documentation rejections.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Accounting, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Operations, Audit, Internal Control, or Deposit/Captation areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, and Copilot.
• Strong technical skills in Power BI and Power Automate.
