About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze online and batch transactional data to determine if cases qualify for controversy management.
- Assign chargeback reason codes based on Visa/Mastercard manuals and the Domestic Exchange Contract (CID).
- Perform analysis, follow-up, and ruling on second-cycle cases.
- Manage databases to support the analysis and ruling of received clarifications.
- Prepare reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Issue rulings (valid/invalid) on cardholder clarifications within established SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economic-Administrative fields.
- 2 years of professional experience in economic-administrative areas.
- Proven experience in controversy case analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic English language skills.
