Responsibilities

• Support the collection of fiduciary fees for trusts to meet non-financial income budgets.
• Manage and reduce accounts receivable related to fiduciary commissions.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure timely payments, including informing clients of balances and due dates.
• Apply administrative and accounting knowledge to manage collection processes efficiently.
• Provide high-quality customer service through telephone and email follow-ups.

Requirements

• Degree or student in Finance, Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in collections, banking, call centers, accounting, or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• English proficiency level of at least 50%.
