About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the collection of fiduciary fees for trusts to meet non-financial income budgets.
- Manage and reduce accounts receivable related to fiduciary commissions.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure timely payments, including informing clients of balances and due dates.
- Apply administrative and accounting knowledge to manage collection processes efficiently.
- Provide high-quality customer service through telephone and email follow-ups.
Requirements
- Degree or student in Finance, Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 year of professional experience.
- Experience in collections, banking, call centers, accounting, or administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- English proficiency level of at least 50%.
