Responsibilities

• Analyze the portfolio by evaluating balance aging, identifying accounts, and cleaning up overdue portfolios.
• Generate national invoices for accrued fiduciary fees.
• Generate fiduciary debt statements.
• Analyze, locate, and notify clients with exigible debts to recover capital and interest.
• Manage collections by contacting and negotiating with clients via telephone or email to establish payment plans.
• Perform reconciliations to verify the application of payments, deposits, and transfers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, or Law.
• 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in billing, collections, and customer service.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for billing processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking.
• Assertive communication, empathy in customer service, and a high sense of urgency.
• Results-oriented mindset.
