About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze the portfolio by evaluating balance aging, identifying accounts, and cleaning up overdue portfolios.
- Generate national invoices for accrued fiduciary fees.
- Prepare fiduciary debt statements.
- Locate and notify clients with exigible debts to recover capital and interest.
- Manage collections by contacting and negotiating with clients via telephone or email to establish payment plans.
- Perform reconciliations to verify the application of payments, deposits, and transfers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, or Law.
- 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in billing, collections, and customer service.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for billing processes.
- Strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking.
- Assertive communication, empathy in client relations, and a high sense of urgency.
