Analista Litigio Especializado

Responsibilities

• Perform procedural follow-up for legal cases.
• Develop legal strategies for labor, commercial, criminal, and administrative lawsuits.
• Monitor legal provisions, reserves, and expenses per case.
• Manage external law firms, including contract control, NDAs, power of attorney validity, and KPI tracking.
• Prepare executive reports and maintain updated legal databases.
• Handle bond processing with authorities and follow up on the release of guarantees.
• Control powers of attorney for both internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho) with professional title and license (Título y cédula).
• Proven experience or verifiable knowledge in commercial, labor, and/or administrative litigation.
• Strong skills in document administration and process follow-up.
• Ability to work under pressure and prepare executive-level reports.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
