Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring of corporate obligations.
• Organize and update physical and digital files for legal documents, contracts, minutes, and powers of attorney.
• Administer legal databases.
• Assist in the follow-up of litigation, lawsuits, and legal procedures.
• Address legal requests from other departments within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience working within automotive finance companies.
• High level of customer service orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
