Analista Jurídico Comercial

Responsibilities

• Draft and review various legal documents including construction contracts, supply agreements, service provision agreements, and specialized service agreements (REPSE).
• Manage and prepare confidentiality agreements (NDAs) and other legal documentation for the department.
• Provide legal advisory and support to assigned internal users and stakeholders.
• Issue brand usage authorization letters.
• Review and validate legal documentation for both clients and providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in contract drafting and review (handling high volumes, approximately 300 contracts per month).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English skills for document review purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Doc2sign.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
