Analista Jurídico

Responsibilities

• Develop legal solutions for the proper drafting and implementation of commercial and business credits and their guarantees.
• Manage the cancellation and release of guarantees.
• Apply current regulations and internal guidelines to the review, integration, and drafting of contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for all operations through rigorous legal and internal review.
• Establish legal criteria and solutions to mitigate risks and provide legal certainty for institutional operations.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Law (Licenciado en Derecho), either graduated or in the process of obtaining the degree.
• Preferably 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Civil, Banking, Mercantile, and Notarial Law.
• Experience in Notarial, Banking, Corporate, and Real Estate Law.
• Proficiency in Spanish; English language skills are preferred.
