Analista Jurídico

Responsibilities

• Issue legal opinions on various public instruments, including the constitution of commercial societies, cooperatives, associations, and civil societies.
• Review and validate general assemblies, powers of attorney, and other legal documentation.
• Issue legal opinions regarding the appointments of public officials to verify their legal faculties.
• Provide support to branch executives and directors via telephone and email to resolve doubts or clarifications regarding issued legal opinions.
• Support various banking sectors with client operations, account maintenance, and the management of deposited resources.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho).
• Approximately 1 year of professional experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of commercial law, civil law, and/or constitutional law.
• Expertise in the constitution of commercial societies and the issuance of legal opinions (dictámenes).
• Intermediate English language proficiency.
