Responsibilities

• Register and update inventory movements in the system
• Perform cyclic counts and support periodic physical inventories
• Reconcile differences and generate reports on variations and root causes
• Control expiration dates, lots, and ensure correct FIFO/FEFO rotation
• Support the reception and release of materials, as well as storage and safeguarding
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics areas for continuous process improvement
• Participate in warehouse optimization and shrinkage reduction projects

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management and control in plants or warehouses
• Experience in physical vs. system stock registration and reconciliation
• Experience in coordination of material reception, storage, and dispatch
• Knowledge of perpetual and physical inventories, ABC cycles, and product rotation
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
• Knowledge of storage standards, expiration control, and traceability
• Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
