Responsibilities

• Manage, validate, and control technical, financial, and documentary information for Service Requirements (RDS) under the Infrastructure Governance Model.
• Integrate and validate economic items associated with managed services, ensuring consistency between technical scope and defined costs.
• Manage version control for RDS and associated documentation, ensuring complete files with all necessary annexes and evidence.
• Review technical documentation and operational evidence to identify inconsistencies or deviations.
• Issue validations and approvals for Termination Letters and monthly inventories according to established guidelines.
• Coordinate with technical areas (Infrastructure, HW, SW), service managers, and providers to ensure process continuity.
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure governance policies and prepare information for audits and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Information Technology, Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT process management, information management, or administrative cost management within technology.
• Experience in documentary control or administrative management in a technical environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Clear and formal communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Basic level of English.
