Analista Fundiário Sênior

Responsibilities

• Execute land management activities, including technical and documentary registration, real estate identification, and field surveys.
• Perform documentary analysis of properties and owners to support acquisition, leasing, easements, and land regularization processes.
• Support land negotiations and compensation processes by providing technical analysis and data for decision-making.
• Draft, review, and monitor contractual instruments related to land operations.
• Manage notary, registry, administrative, and judicial processes in coordination with partner areas.
• Maintain and update land databases and systems to ensure information integrity and governance.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical field activities as required.
• Prepare technical reports and opinions to support company management and strategic projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Law, Engineering, Geography, Surveying, or related fields.
• Proven experience in land processes, real estate management, or land regularization.
• Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, public registries, and notary procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in document management and information analysis.
• Availability for travel and field activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Land Management, Real Estate Law, or Project Management.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and land management platforms.
• Knowledge of geospatial tools and territorial data analysis.
• Previous experience in mining, energy, infrastructure, or agribusiness sectors.
