About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute land management activities, including technical and documentary registration, real estate identification, and field surveys.
- Perform documentary analysis of properties and owners to support acquisition, leasing, easements, and land regularization processes.
- Support land negotiations and compensation processes by providing technical analysis and data for decision-making.
- Draft, review, and monitor contractual instruments related to land operations.
- Manage notary, registry, administrative, and judicial processes in coordination with partner areas.
- Maintain and update land databases and systems to ensure information integrity and governance.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical field activities as required.
- Prepare technical reports and opinions to support company management and strategic projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Administration, Law, Engineering, Geography, Surveying, or related fields.
- Proven experience in land processes, real estate management, or land regularization.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, public registries, and notary procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in document management and information analysis.
- Availability for travel and field activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Land Management, Real Estate Law, or Project Management.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems and land management platforms.
- Knowledge of geospatial tools and territorial data analysis.
- Previous experience in mining, energy, infrastructure, or agribusiness sectors.
