Analista Fundiário Jr

Responsibilities

• Support land and real estate activities, including property identification, topographic registration, and document analysis.
• Perform documentary analysis of properties and owners to meet internal demands.
• Assist in property regularization, including deed registration, powers of attorney, and various annotations.
• Prepare pre-negotiation forms to define strategies for property acquisition.
• Participate in public hearings and meetings with relevant institutions under management supervision.
• Execute activities necessary for the transfer of property ownership to resettled individuals.
• Support land-related tasks such as property valuation, improvements assessment, and precautionary inspections.

Requirements

• Degree in Law (Direito).
• Experience drafting purchase and sale contracts and lease agreements.
• Previous experience working in the mining sector.
• Valid Driver's License (Category B).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
