Analista Fiscal Jr.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax legislation, managing both main and ancillary obligations.
• Perform calculation and verification of indirect and withheld taxes (ICMS, IPI, DIFAL, etc.).
• Support federal, state, and municipal ancillary obligations such as EFD ICMS/IPI and GIA-ST.
• Issue and analyze tax documents related to shipments, returns, transfers, and service provisions.
• Act as a tax partner for internal business areas including Commercial, SAC, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor the validity of tax certificates and other mandatory documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and tax process automation projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, or Economics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate English language skills.
