Analista Excelencia Operativa

Responsibilities

• Analyze primary terrestrial, primary aerial, and secondary terrestrial logistics networks to optimize processes and resource efficiency.
• Generate and analyze operational information by extracting and processing databases to propose value-driven solutions.
• Restructure distribution routes and operational processes through detailed data analysis and strategic studies.
• Implement, monitor, and present results for logistics projects to improve productivity and service times.
• Project demand and plan capacity using forecasting, trend analysis, and capacity simulation software.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and reports to track cargo behavior, infrastructure utilization, and operational deviations.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, specifically in analyzing information for operational decision-making.
• Proven experience in reengineering exchange centers, aerial stations, or redesigning logistics networks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically for data analysis and database management.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Solid knowledge of logistics, distribution, transport networks, and process management.
• Strong experience in KPI management and logistics project implementation.
