Analista Estrategia Comercial

Responsibilities

• Build, adjust, and maintain conversational flows for the virtual assistant following established tone and voice guidelines.
• Train the virtual assistant by managing intentions, uploading and debugging utterances, and adjusting conversational rules and routes.
• Execute operational and functional tests to validate the assistant's understanding and behavior.
• Configure and parameterize conversational logic and support operational deployments.
• Manage and update the knowledge base to ensure information is current and accurate.
• Analyze conversational analytics (fallbacks, understanding rates, and recurring questions) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Document and report findings, incidents, and improvement proposals to business and technology teams.
• Coordinate with the Communication area to ensure proper adoption of the assistant in branches.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Engineering, Communication, Marketing, Systems, or related fields.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in digital platform operation, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
• Knowledge of Conversational AI and digital knowledge management.
• Excellent spelling and writing skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
• Intermediate English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UX writing or user experience design.
• Background in digital process improvement or basic data analytics.
