Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all necessary information for the distribution of account statements via email
• Coordinate with the IT department to implement required adjustments and process improvements
• Review and optimize processes related to the generation and delivery of account statements
• Support the documentation of company policies and procedures
• Monitor service indicators and reports
• Provide administrative support, including managing payments to providers

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economic-Administrative areas, or a related field
• Proven experience in general accounting and administrative support
• Strong understanding of account statements
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite
• High orientation to results, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
