Analista Digital Escuela Bolsa

Responsibilities

• Manage digital academic operations for Escuela Bolsa Mexicana, tracking student progress, participation, and completion.
• Ensure the correct issuance of certificates and micro-credentials for students.
• Elaborate performance reports and academic indicators, including satisfaction and engagement metrics.
• Analyze user learning behavior to propose improvements for educational programs and user experience.
• Administer and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads to drive lead generation and course sales.
• Configure audiences, segmentation strategies, remarketing, and conversion campaigns to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Experience or knowledge in managing LMS (Learning Management Systems) platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Skills in digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an educational tutor or advisor.
• Experience in the design and development of training programs.
• Proven track record in executing digital advertising campaigns.
