Responsibilities

• Analyze claim documentation and files to validate the validity of cases in accordance with insurance policies.
• Register and manage information within administrative systems to ensure proper control of claims and procedures.
• Coordinate with the GNP Legal department to follow up on the development of claims and legal processes.
• Perform periodic reviews of claims based on specific requirements from management.

Requirements

• Degree or partially completed studies in Administration, Law, or related Engineering fields.
• Strong information analysis and statistical knowledge.
• Experience managing internal administrative systems.
• Background in customer service.
• Experience in Reinsurance or Underwriting is a plus.
• Knowledge of Life, Property, or Fiduciary insurance sectors is desirable.
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and the Insurance Contract Law is preferred.
