Analista Desarrollo y Capacitación de Talento

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer talent development events across virtual and in-person platforms from start to finish
• Prepare necessary materials and inputs for training events to improve employee performance
• Manage administrative follow-ups regarding contracts and coordinate with service providers
• Maintain event registration controls and reports to ensure compliance with STPS regulations
• Create and manage dashboards to provide data for subsequent analysis and decision-making

Requirements

• Degree or currently studying Pedagogy, Psychology, or Administration
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel (Basic to Intermediate level)
• Experience in LMS administration and database management
• Proven experience in event logistics and talent development/training
• Knowledge of instructional practices and administrative management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Looker Studio
• Background in course design and delivery
