Analista Departamento Pessoal Junior

Responsibilities

• Execute payroll activities, including employee data administration and processing to meet organizational and legal requirements.
• Maintain employee data in the system within established deadlines.
• Manage admission, dismissal, and vacation processes, including data entry and preliminary calculations.
• Process earnings and deductions through system transactions for payroll execution.
• Handle salary movements and promotions in the system based on received requests.
• Provide direct support to managers and employees regarding departmental processes.
• Support payroll processing through thorough verification of all entries.
• Gather supporting payment documentation for employees, client areas, or inspections.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, Social Responsibility, and Business Integrity policies.

Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Law, Administration, or related fields.
• Experience with Payroll, Labor Legislation, and labor routines.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• This is a fixed-term contract (1 year).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
