Analista de Treinamento Pleno

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute training actions to ensure logistical efficiency and high-quality delivery.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, infrastructure, materials, participants, and instructors.
• Support capacity-building initiatives for both internal and external audiences, including talent pool development.
• Act as a focal point for interacting with service providers and external suppliers to ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify training needs by collecting information from various areas and monitoring field activities.
• Coordinate with field specialist technicians to prepare and execute technical training content.
• Monitor training progress and manage key indicators such as attendance, completion rates, and satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Completed Higher Education degree.
• Previous experience in Training and Development (T&D).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with technical training programs (e.g., electrician training).
• Familiarity with operational and field environments.
• Experience interacting with multiple internal areas and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training logistics management.
• Knowledge of training methodologies.
• Valid driver's license (CNH B).
