About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute training actions to ensure logistical efficiency and high-quality delivery.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, infrastructure, materials, participants, and instructors.
- Support capacity-building initiatives for both internal and external audiences, including talent pool development.
- Act as a focal point for interacting with service providers and external suppliers to ensure contractual compliance.
- Identify training needs by collecting information from various areas and monitoring field activities.
- Coordinate with field specialist technicians to prepare and execute technical training content.
- Monitor training progress and manage key indicators such as attendance, completion rates, and satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Completed Higher Education degree.
- Previous experience in Training and Development (T&D).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with technical training programs (e.g., electrician training).
- Familiarity with operational and field environments.
- Experience interacting with multiple internal areas and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training logistics management.
- Knowledge of training methodologies.
- Valid driver's license (CNH B).
