Analista de Transportes

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control vehicle scheduling and routes to ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.
• Manage operational efficiency indicators, including vehicle occupancy rates, productivity, and transport costs.
• Oversee yard vehicle management and dock rotation, conducting safety briefings and ensuring adherence to operational processes.
• Analyze operational data to build reports and dashboards for decision-making and operational closing meetings.
• Identify root causes of recurring deviations and lead continuous improvement initiatives using standardized solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in logistics or transport processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Presentations.
• Knowledge of AI tools and problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys.
• Availability to work on-site in Extrema/MG with specific shift availability (Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday).
