Analista de Suprimentos

Responsibilities

• Perform follow-up and monitoring of orders, tracking deadlines and process progress
• Act as the primary interface between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure information flow
• Manage operational demands to ensure process efficiency and service excellence
• Analyze the technical criticality of orders, evaluating priorities, risks, and operational impacts
• Define and monitor appropriate actions for each demand to ensure quality and deadline compliance
• Direct and monitor activities of involved teams to promote agile resolution of pending issues
• Mitigate risks and monitor key performance indicators related to deliveries and processes

Requirements

• Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of SAP

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English language skills
• Experience with Material Planning and MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
